A new two-storey Learning Commons for Catholic Regional College.

Prebuilt Commercial was appointed to install a new two-storey Learning Commons building at the Sydenham campus of Catholic Regional College.

Designed by Henderson+Lodge Architects, the new Learning Commons was originally designed as an in-situ build, then modified to a prefabricated solution to minimise disruption to the school.

The Learning Commons comprises of classrooms, offices, reading areas and a library space that includes a two-storey lift.

Over 28 oversized modules were installed on the first day of school holidays to avoid any disruption to the students and teachers, allowing the demanding end of year school schedule to continue uninterrupted.
