A collaboration with Cox Architecture to deliver first class school buildings with minimal disruptions to staff and students.

Wesley College engaged Prebuilt to construct the Learning in Residence development for its Glen Waverly Campus, designed by Cox Architecture.

The development consists of eight student boarding houses, three staff residences and a staff administration building. Each residence is a two-story building, with seventeen beds per residence. In addition to these buildings, a dining hall was also manufactured using tradition methods of construction.

Distinct from typical boarding halls, Wesley Learning in Residence scheme responds to the school’s vision for a more independent, residential style of accommodation for senior students, conceived as a ‘village’.

Prebuilt worked closely with Cox Architecture to help deliver this impressive project with the benefits of modular construction. This process ensured less disruption onsite to the school, as well as a reduced overall timeline.
