From our initial meeting and site visit, to design presentations we make sure you are informed from the very beginning. With our Interior Design and construction team working closely together to build your home in approximately 12-14 weeks, you are in good hands.

How do I pick the land for my modular home?
Choosing a block of land for your modular home is based on your personal preference, and your design’s requirements. At Prebuilt, we support you every step of the way, including throughout deciding on a block of land for your build. How much does it cost to build a modular home?
Depending on your design, and the specifications of your build, the price of your modular home construction will vary. Starting from $540,000 our pre-designed modular homes can be adjusted to suit your requirements.
How long do prefab homes take to build?
Following from our consultation, site assessments, design and contract meetings, your pre-designed modular home will take approximately 12 to 14 weeks to construct in our factory. This is subject to change depending on the complexity of your build.
