St. Agatha’s Primary School engaged Prebuilt and Brand Architects to design a new school building that uses space effectively to promote learning and create a sense of community within all pupils. Prebuilt was responsible of providing a turn-key solution that did not interrupt school scheduling.
Prior to the completion of the design, Prebuilt was engaged to complete the knock down rebuild project, which had been split into two stages. The first stage to be completed was a two story open plan learning spaces building located at the south of the Cranbourne site.
Installed on the first day of the school holidays, the 20 module build was transported from Kilsyth and completely installed onsite within two days. Within a few weeks the building was ready for the students to move in. The minimal time required on site due to modular building methods ensured that the new building was ready to use on the first day of the new term.
