A new Specialist School, P-9 College and Kindergarten for Werribee South – delivered with care, collaboration and pace.
Ngurraga School, Yurran P–9 College and Yurran P–9 College Kindergarten (interim name), were delivered in partnership with Built Environs for the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA). This project delivers future-ready learning environments as part of a growing education precinct in Melbourne’s west.
Ngurraga School comprises 2 learning neighbourhoods, an administration and library building and a shared multi-purpose building. Yurran P-9 College currently comprises a learning neighbourhood and an administration and library building, with the remaining school facilities to be delivered for Term 1, 2027. We also helped deliver a 4-room kindergarten next door to this school.
All modules were delivered, craned into position and complexed in under 56 days, enabling the schools and kinder to open in time for the 2026 school year.
Flexible, durable and cost-effective, this project demonstrates how thoughtfully designed permanent modular construction can meet government education goals while creating inclusive places for learning and community connection.
