Gardiner Railway Station was constructed as part of the Level Crossing Removal Project.

Prebuilt’s ability to deliver within an extremely tight time-frame enabled the objective of minimal disturbances to commuters to be achieved.

The off site construction of the buildings proceeded at our Kilsyth factory while on site works including the excavation of 250,000 metric tonnes of soil to lower the rail corridor were undertaken.

The station buildings prefabricated by Prebuilt consisted of a ticket office, PSO offices, staff meal area, staff amenities area, including male and female toilets, changing rooms, cleaners room and public restrooms.
