Folkestone Education Trust is the largest Australian property trust investing in early learning properties within Australia and New Zealand. Folkestone decided to pursue modular building to ensure there was minimum delays between the demolition of the old childcare centre building and the opening of the new childcare center.

Prebuilt was also responsible for completing all of the onsite works additional to the fabrication of the childcare center, this included completing the carpark, several outdoor play areas, fencing, retaining walls and landscaping.
