Gray Puksand approached Prebuilt Commercial to be the modular builder for a new police station in Morisset, New South Wales. The Morisset Police Station featured was originally envisioned as a refurbishment project. However, to meet the specifications of the New South Wales government a complete demolition of the existing police station and construction of a brand new facility was required.
Prebuilt Commercial were able to renew the police stations facilities by providing a reception area, extensive office spaces, conference room, staff meal area, toilets and multiple storage areas.
Completing this project using modular construction methods reduce the build time onsite, and enabled the finished product to be completed with a strong focus on quality and design.
