A two- storey Police Station serving the Huskinsson Sector of the South Coast Police District NSW

The Bay & Basin Police Station utilised a volumetric approach of 14 modules. Building office enabled the whole project to be delivered in only 15 months from acquisition, design, manufacture and commissioning.

This state of the art facility features new audio-visual technology, briefing rooms, a secure victim support room, incident control room and customer facing facilities.

A high level of security was achieved through both the fabric of the building, and services installed. Prebuilt were engaged to the Commisioner of Police NSW via a NSW Government GC21 contract to develop and deliver the design.
