Blurring the line between built form and nature, Melbourne Quarter is firmly stitched into the central city fabric.

Prebuilt were engaged to construct a display suite for Melbourne Quarter, which is an dynamic apartment development for Lend Lease, situated in Melbourne’s CBD.

Aspiring to be Melbourne’s greenest city precinct, Melbourne Quarter has placed sustainability at its core. Not only will Melbourne Quarter showcase leading environmental standards, it will also help make sustainable living a natural way of life for its community.

In response, Prebuilt Commercial constructed a eight-module display suite with a sales area and experience zones for typical bathroom and kitchen designs used in the development.

The space featured a floor-to-ceiling front glazed glass facade, framed by exposed steel beams.
