With spacious undercover areas, excellent acoustics, and dedicated spaces for teachers to plan and collaborate, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create the best learning environment possible.
KOSS Bundle 1, 2025 is a project involving the construction of four new kindergartens located across Mildura, Kerang, Echuca and Whitfield for the VSBA. Each kindergarten comprises a single-story main classroom building, outdoor learning areas, and car parks, all delivered within existing primary school sites.
Modular building allows site works and factory works to run in parallel. While site crews completed earthworks and footing in preparation for modular installation, factory teams progressed the modular building to approximately 70% completion before delivery to site, with the remaining works completed on site. This significantly reduced the overall construction program and minimised disruption to existing school operations.
Delivered through modular construction, the building was manufactured in our factory as permanent modules, then transported, assembled on site, and connected to essential services. Once complete, our team finished the outdoor learning areas and landscaping.

This project clearly demonstrates the efficiency, capabilities, and scalability of Prebuilt’s construction processes, enabling successful delivery of complex multi-site projects within an exceptionally tight timeframe. We are extremely proud of the outcome of this project. The project’s superintendent and our client, VSBA, have provided very positive feedback on both the delivery process and the final result.
The project was awarded to Prebuilt in late June 2024, and all four kindergartens were successfully completed and operational in time for the school start term 1 at the end of January 2025.
