KOSS Bundle 2026 is a project involving the construction of two new kindergartens located across Ardeer and Glengala for the VSBA. Each kindergarten comprises a single-story main classroom building, outdoor learning areas, and car parks, all delivered within existing primary school sites.
Built using an innovative modular approach, the main building was prefabricated at the Prebuilt factory before being transported and installed onsite. The project comprised 16 modules plus pergola roof structures, ensuring both efficiency and high-quality outcomes. The contract was awarded to Prebuilt end of August 2025 and the project was successfully delivered within a 3.5 months program, ready for school Term 1, 2026 commencement.
Our team managed the project end-to-end — from design coordination and site demolition to fabrication, delivery, installation, and landscaping (including both hard and soft finishes). We also delivered the car park construction and designed and commissioned all associated services infrastructure.
