A fresh new chapter for one of Port Melbourne’s most-loved community spaces. The redevelopment delivers a modern sports pavilion, upgraded cricket nets, a revitalised playing field with new lighting, and improved pathways that connect the reserve like never before.

This permanent modular sporting pavilion in Port Melbourne, VIC is a standout example of smart, scalable design. Designed and constructed using 23 precision-built modules, the facility delivers a high-quality space that caters to sport, social connection, and community use.

The pavilion includes a comprehensive range of amenities to support local clubs and visitors, including:
• 4 large storerooms for local sporting clubs and groups
• First aid room
• 2 large change rooms with showers
• Canteen
• Public WC facilities
• Large social room opening onto a balcony, with a fully equipped kitchen and toilet facilities on the first floor
• Passenger lift/elevator for accessibility
• Fully landscaped surrounds, including a sheltered BBQ area and covered seating with picnic tables

Delivered through permanent modular construction, the building was manufactured in our factory as permanent modules, then transported, assembled on site, and connected to essential services.

This project demonstrates how modular construction can efficiently deliver complex, multi-use community infrastructure — without compromising on design, accessibility, or functionality.
