Orientated to enjoy the dramatic views of the South Coast looking across to Snapper Point and Merry Beach, this holiday home provides all the essentials for a coastal getaway.
The undercroft of the building elevates the modules for the perfect viewing platform, allowing our clients to keep an eye on the surf at all times. The raised nature of the modules allows for a carport to tuck neatly under the home as well as providing entry to the home through the rear deck. As this is a holiday house, a discrete entry also provides for better security when the house is unattended.
The rear decking area is a sun trap away from the prevailing winds but it was also important to align the window openings so that water views we still captured right through the building.
