Having outgrown its original residential building the Pascoe Value medical practice engaged Prebuilt and Krisella Architects with a view to minimise downtime of the practice for its patients.
The new multidisciplinary medical facility spans two storeys, providing 20 consult rooms, reception and waiting areas, physio and medical treatment, staff amenities and meeting rooms. DDA access was provided throughout the medical centre with a key element of the entrance foyer comprising a fully glazed lift servicing all floors.
Each consulting room provides independent vanity washing facilities and fingerprint security to all doors to ensure a safe working environment is maintained.
