105 hotel style accommodation rooms

Located in East Sale, Victoria, the RAAF pilot accommodation project comprised of 105 hotel type rooms spanning over 3 blocks of 2 storey units.

The project was D+C requiring extensive design resolution, fire engineering and building compliance to satisfy Department of Defence and NCC standards.

Prebuilts brief on the job was to respond to the needs of the RAAF, who have the most stringent of compliance requirements, QA and warranty conditions.

The project was delivered and completed in 2019. Due to the success of the extensive BIM design and high quality fabrication there has been no requirements to attend to any rectifications.
