The Project
Luxurious new hotel accommodation at Rich River Golf Club
Set against the stunning backdrop of Rich River Golf Club, this impressive three-storey accommodation development, known as Reflections at Rich River, is now complete and ready to welcome guests.
Overlooking the championship golf courses and surrounding waterways, the project delivers modern, high-quality accommodation designed to elevate the visitor experience while complementing the natural beauty of the site. The development showcases the capability of modular construction to deliver large-scale hospitality projects with exceptional quality, efficiency and architectural appeal.
The hotel was delivered using 32 precision-built modules, including guest rooms, staff facilities and shared amenities.
From early prototyping through to manufacturing, transport and installation, every stage required meticulous planning and coordination. The result? A premium hotel delivered with minimal disruption to the active golf course, while maintaining the quality and detail expected from a permanent modular building.
What makes it even more impressive? The entire hotel installation was completed in just five days.
A huge achievement by our design, manufacturing and site teams, and one we’re incredibly proud to see now welcoming guests.
