The Project
A vibrant community medical practice in Pascoe Vale
Having outgrown its original residential building the Pascoe Value medical practice engaged Prebuilt and Krisella Architects with a view to minimise downtime of the practice for its patients.
The new multidisciplinary medical facility spans two storeys, providing 20 consult rooms, reception and waiting areas, physio and medical treatment, staff amenities and meeting rooms. DDA access was provided throughout the medical centre with a key element of the entrance foyer comprising a fully glazed lift servicing all floors.
The job was fast tracked to minimise disruption to the clinics substantial patient operation and was installed onsite in just one day. The building was also designed to allow a future expansion to connect seamlessly to the efficiently designed floorplan.
Each consulting room provides independent vanity washing facilities and fingerprint security to all doors to ensure a safe working environment is maintained.
