These finely detailed timber-clad pavilions offer spacious open-plan living zones, extensive full-height glazing, flexible plan options and the highest quality internal inclusions.
The Mod House has the flexibility to be configured to suit any style or size of site, starting with a one-bedroom, one-module small prefab home design right through to large, customised, multi-module houses.
This flexibility can incorporate virtually any combination of modules, whether in an L-shaped, U-shaped, staggered or aligned plan. It can also be designed as either a single-storey home or one constructed over a number of levels.
Pergolas and decks link with the large glazed living spaces to create a plan that opens up to the outdoors. Hardwood timber screening integrates with the pergola to filter and control light.
