Short timeframes
A PreBuilt construction job can be completed up to 50 per cent faster than a traditional in-situ build. Factory construction usually takes approximately 12 to 14 weeks, while final onsite installation can often be completed in just 2 to 6 weeks.
Controlled environment
Construction is completed in our controlled factory environment.
All materials, frame and flooring are kept clean and dry at all times and we never have to stop until the rain passes. This ensures we can deliver projects on time and without any delays.

Our team provides the complete architectural and construction experience, bringing deep understanding and expertise to every project. We provide innovative engineering solutions, with a focus on creativity and the ability to solve problems in even the most challenging situations.
Sustainable thinking & building
Our structures don’t rely on traditional building materials such as concrete and brick, and there is no need for ongoing transport to site while factory construction is underway, resulting in reduced embodied energy and a minimised carbon footprint.

Constant supervision, together with the undercover construction, ensures the highest levels of quality are maintained throughout the building phase.

Lagoon Sports Pavilion: An Award-Winning Modular Project
We’re proud to celebrate the Lagoon Reserve Sports Pavilion in Port Melbourne Victoria, recently recognised with the @prefabaus_ltd ‘Smart Building Industry Awards - Infrastructure Category’. A standout feature of the project was the innovative use of robotically manufactured steel components by our MMC supply partner - Page Steel Fabrications, demonstrating how advanced fabrication technology can deliver precision, efficiency and quality for complex community infrastructure projects. The new pavilion forms the heart of a revitalised Lagoon Reserve, providing an inclusive, adaptable and sustainable community hub designed to support sport, recreation and community connection for years to come. Through off-site manufacturing and smart construction methodologies, the project showcases the future of resilient and flexible civic infrastructure.
