4 Quotation Prebuilt will provide one detailed quotation and an options list and preliminary agreement. If further design revisions are required a small fee will be carged Review quotation and outline options to be included No charge

Preliminary Agreement

Once PA is signed Prebuilt will commit resources to your project. Drawings are prepared to assist with your town planning submission and an indicative base contract price is advised at this stage We’re nearly there. This is the time to get the project in the system and to finalise the detailed design and costing. Customer will need to sign the PA and pay a nominal $3,000 deposit At this stage a $3,000 deposit is requested. This amount will form part of your contract sum and is deducted from the payment of your first 5% deposit

6 Schedule in Production Prebuilt will now be able to book the project into the production schedule and carry out a site inspection Accompany Prebuilt on your site inspection to position your chosen home on your site No charge

7 Resolve all outstanding design issues Finalise design details of home including the selection of all internal and external finishes and colour choices Chose finishes and colours and advise on final changes to the drawings and site plan No charge

Contract
The selected inclusions and costings are finalised in a detailed contract specification together with detailed drawings. A staged payments schedule is also provided at this stage. Following review the customer
needs to
sign the contract document and pay the initial 5% deposit less the $2,000 preliminary deposit
5% of the contract sum is required

9 Planning permit Once the contract is signed Prebuilt will issue 3 sets of planning drawings to the client Time to lodge your planning application including drawings with the local council and pay council the required planning fee Planning permit payment to the local council

10 Building permit Once the planning permit has been received Prebuilt will organise the building permit using a private building surveyor None required Pay the building permit fee

Building

11 Commence construction Construction commences. Normal duration takes around 8 weeks from the available start time dictated by the production schedule None required Staged progress payments will commence

12 Site works Prebuilt installs footings on your Last chance for customer to ensure appropriate access for truck to deliver house to site Staged progress payments

Delivery

13 House delivery & installation

Your house is delivered to site. Installation is usually completed within one to two weeks. Any additional site works are undertaken at this time

14 Final inspection & house handover Prebuilt and customer undertake final inspection and Prebuilt rectifies any defects. House is handed over to client Prebuilt and customer undertake final inspection together. Customer prepares to take ownership of home Final payment is required on handover of house

15 Client subcontractors Prebuit provides the building surveyor with compliance certficiates from customer and a Certificate of Occupancy is issued Once all services have been connected customer provides Prebuilt with all relevant compliance certificates No Charge
