The impact to the sites from traditional onsite construction can be huge and have devastating effects on the surrounding vegetation. Given many of our homes are located in protected native environments our clients appreciate the fact that there is minimal disturbance to existing vegetation during the delivery and installation of their homes as our homes are simply lifted via crane onto the footings in one day. If they had to go with onsite construction the clearing of the site for construction as well as the constant vehicular traffic could have a devastating effect on the existing landscape.

For many clients in sensitive areas, protection of existing vegetation often forms part of the permit to build.
