The typical construction/delivery/installation time for a house is around 8 - 12 weeks.

Before this, we need to have planning approval from your council if required (usually around 3 - 6 months), and to have prepared and costed our drawings for your house.

Generally most clients are with us for around 6 - 9 months in total.
