Our houses can be readily transported to Queensland, and all other states, for an additional transport and installation charge, which we will provide with your personalised quote. This charge is based on a number of factors: distance, driving hours, number of vehicles required for your particular house, number of men required on site, insurance, duration of time for required installation, additional factors such as cranage if required, etc.

Prebuilt will obtain a quote for you from a transport company based on your exact requirements.

You can expect transport charges to be somewhere between $20,000 - $30,000 if you are taking a single truck house to Queensland. (See "Our Houses" for trucking requirements for each design.)

Our homes are also available for you to purchase under our 'owner builder package'. This means that you are ultimately responsible for the installation of the house on site, organising trucking, stumps, plastering etc. Prebuilt will provide assistance with the process and will also provide personnel to accompany the house to your site to assist with relocation from the truck onto your stumps. Any further work to finish off the house would need to be completed by yourself or your own builders, and the responsibility for warranties and insurance becomes yours.
