Most of our homes can be erected on steep slopes, as they are all installed on to stumps, which can be of varying heights. We will undertake a soil test upon receipt of your first preliminary agreement, which will help confirm our ability to build on your site.

In some instances a slope can be so severe that a truck could not drive on to the site for installation, in which case a crane must be brought in. This is an additional expense.
